Payment Options
Pioneer PT is an out-of-network physical therapy clinic providing direct care. Payment in the form of cash, check, or credit card is due at the time of service. Health savings accounts may be utilized. You may submit a receipt of payment and necessary documentation to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. It is recommended that you contact your insurance provider for further information about your current plan, and for a better understanding of your out-of-network benefits. For example, if you have a high in-network deductible that you never meet, it may be more cost effective to go out-of-network.
